Welcome to Clara Cakes. The humble and vegan bakery which started as a passionate dream (as they all do), evolving into a bakery sought out by so many. Our products from day one have catered to the field of the dreamers; a delicious treat without the addition of dairy, eggs, gelatine.. Something so reminiscent of the true thing you would have to question, is it vegan?

Well yes, it is.

All of our croissants, cakes, custards, and breads are egg, butter, milk, and animal product free.

Yes, they contain gluten (unless specified), and yes they have soy. But still full of wonderful sugar, salts, and fats which we all know equals flavour.
